The BackRoads Race Team is a collective of runners from all disciplines that represent BackRoads and HOKA on the local and international stage. Now in the team’s second year and additional team members, I was commissioned to create the creative direction, apparel design and photography. Using a backlit orange gel, front lighting, smoke and all-black race kits resulted in an epic look! With the help of the team, friends and BackRoads staff, we were able to capture some amazing photos and a behind-the-scenes video for this launch campaign.
